Irene has set up her own Mask Factory. She is making masks to help Members Rehearse safely, and follow Provincial Guidelines for Covid-19.
Covid-19 has been part of our lives for a long time.
The Sisters of the Holy Rock are cautiously looking ahead to starting rehearsals. There are still restrictions in place. Covid-19 will be part of our lives for some time.
The Executive have therefore made the difficult decision that all Members, Roadies, Audience venues must show proof of full vaccination.
The Sisters of the Holy Rock miss performing and Fundraising for our special Audiences.
We look forward to many more years of helping YOUR organization.
The Sisters of the Holy Rock, a not-for-profit inter-denominational entertainment group which was formed in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in the fall of 1993. Inspired by the “Sister Act” movies, starring Whoopi Goldberg, and under the direction of the Reverend Mother Carole “Whoopi” Stone, the group has grown to include approximately 60 people from all areas of Winnipeg and the surrounding rural communities. While this dedicated group makes a musical and spiritual difference in the communities where they perform, they also have an opportunity to grow musically and personally.
We are constantly changing our show, but the idea is still the same. We help you fund raise for your group or organization and entertain and uplift your spirits at the same time. Guaranteed to make you smile………
